Your account will be set up as soon as we receive payment and our payment partners have screened the order in case of fraud.
If there is ever an abuse issue, we will contact you at the email or phone number you signed up with.
Providing false contact information will result in discontinuation of services.
If you cancel all of our services within 7 days, you
will receive your full payment back minus set up fees.(no set up fee if
not listed, if you have had a service with us before you will not
receive a refund).
You may not get a refund if you have used 10GB or more of your allocated bandwidth usage on any of your products.
We reserve the right to withhold a refund for 30 days
after the date of activation before refunding The Subscriber if we
believe The Subscriber has used the service for prohibited activites
listed below or illegal activities.
Setup fees, licenses, software, dedicated services, ip addresses, and labor such as admin time are not refundable.
If The Subscriber has violated these terms, we reserver the right to not refund the Subscriber.
Transfers to our server are non liable for data loss, or innacuracies. We make every effort to transfer data with no loss.
Free transfers are only available during the 15 day starup period, and are not guaranteed.
Refunds are at our discretion and may be refused for any
reason. Including but not limited to if we have spent significant time
working on an account such as admin time.
It is your responsibility to keep your own backups. Your Domain Goes Here is not responsible for lost/innacurate data.
Our prices are subject to change at any time. While we
don't want to charge you more for hosting there is no telling what will
happen in the future.
Basic Management consists of operating system reinstalls
by us, basic operating system troubleshooting, and basic control panel
set up of control panels we offer. Any third party software is not
supported by our basic managed feature.
You will be charged a one time fee of $35 if you are permanently banned for us to send you files if you request them.
When you cancel services with us, you are responsible for
canceling your paypal subscription. If you do not cancel your paypal
subscription then we will assume you changed your mind and decided to
remain a customer of YDGH. Refunds are strictly at our discretion.
Any abuse may be subject to, while rare, a penalty. Said abuse can include but is not limited to getting our IP's blacklisted.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or any entity regardless of the reason.
Refusal of our services may or may not result in refunds, it is strictly up to the person(s) reviewing your account.
It is your responsibility to make sure your content is secure and your passwords are kept safe.
There will be no tolerance for illegal use. Any sites,
subsites, or services found in violation will be terminated without
notice.
Wether or not your account is voilating the terms will be
decided by the person(s) reviewing your account.
We reserve the right to disclose any of your information
to law enforcement agencies without consent from subscriber upon lawful
request.
Usage
All sites are restricted to a usage of 10% over any
extended period of time of total load on our processers/memory/disk at
any one time including disk space/inode usage.
Sites exceeding our load limit will be temporarily banned,
notified, and given a chance to correct load issues. Bans will increase
doubly for consecutive offenses and the third ban will be a permenant
ban.
We reserve the right to disallow the use of any service that could be used for spamming such as IRC.

running 100% of the time, if at any time our services are down we can
not be held responsible for any and all losses.
We do not warrant our services. If we have to bring our
services down for maintenence we will notify you and do it during low
traffic times.
If your site gets close to reaching any limits we will ALWAYS notify you.
We reserve the right to block/filter or throttle ports
and/or ip address ranges at our discretion. This may include blocking
port 6667(IRC)
, denying access from known spamming IP address range,
limiting the speed of ptp file sharing programs, and limiting the speed
of certain traffic types such as VOIP, Shoutcast, or Proxy.
Changes and Acceptance
We reserve the right to make changes to our services, prices, and/or terms at any time.
